Terms & Conditions

By funding your account with Pro Leads Marketing LLC ("Seller"), you ("Buyer") agree to the following terms:

Lead Delivery
  • Leads are non-exclusive and may be sold to up to three (3) Buyers.
  • Leads are delivered through the Seller’s CRM (getleads.leadlockerroom.com) with SMS/email notifications.
Payment & Bidding
  • Buyer must pre-fund their account to receive leads.
  • Buyer may set/update bid amounts by state and county.
  • Low bids may result in slower delivery until raised.
Privacy Policy with opt-out
  • You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any SMS you get, or “HELP” for more info.”
Return Policy
  • Buyer has 4 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • Phone number is disconnected/no longer in service.
    • Property has <1400 sunhours due to shading (per Project Sunroof).
    • Lead is not the titled homeowner.
  • All approved returns are credited to Buyer’s account balance. No refunds to payment method.
No Guarantees
  • Seller does not guarantee contact, appointments, or sales results. Buyer is responsible for follow-up.
Chargebacks & Disputes
  • Buyer agrees not to dispute charges for delivered leads.
  • Any chargebacks will result in suspension of Buyer’s account, and Buyer remains liable for the full balance plus fees.
Miscellaneous
  • Buyer may pause lead delivery at any time.
  • This agreement is governed by California law.
  • Funding your account = acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
